Had great stay for three nights. We could enjoy views of the sea. It had a great setting really close to Riva promenade, the main areas of split including the harbourside and marjan hill and all the main attractions.

All in all had such great experience for three nights.

It was great in general: fashionable room, ideal location very close to the main areas of split, the alleyway. The staff were helpful, I loved that. Vews of the sea. I had an excellent breakfast choice. Location near the ports.

The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect! It was just a short walk away from all the main attractions and nightlife. Plus, being on a residential street made it a peaceful place to stay. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a huge bed that was just perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. One of the best things was the fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor, which was a great convenience for preparing our own meals. the value for money was excellent.

That there was no receptionist when we arrived, so we had to wait for a while until someone showed up. during our stay, there was a problem with the Wi-Fi and the owner had to come into our room to fix it.

I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation in Split. the location was perfect, just a short walk away from the main street and the airport shuttle bus stop. the check-in time was very convenient, allowing me to settle in after my early morning arrival. the double room I stayed in was comfortable and ideal for solo travelers or couples on a budget. The kitchen had everything I needed, and the owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Cons: All was good 😊.

I recently stayed at Villa Pro Patria for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, with the downtown area of Split just a short walk away. The apartment on the 3rd floor was spotless and well-maintained. There were plenty of restaurants and pubs in the vicinity, making it convenient for dining out. The staff, especially Mislav, were incredibly supportive and ensured my comfort throughout my stay. I will definitely choose Villa Pro Patria again when I return to Split.

    Totally recommend this hotel.

My stay at Villa Pro Patria was absolutely fantastic. The location in the heart of the old town was ideal, with the famous Riva just a short walk away. Despite being close to the lively promenade, my room was incredibly quiet at night. The bedroom was clean, spacious, and had a breathtaking sea view. The hosts were the friendliest people I've ever met, always available to help with recommendations and even inviting me for a delicious meal and local wine. I can't wait to return to this amazing accommodation in Split next summer. It truly doesn't get any better than this. I highly recommend this hotel for its perfect location, friendly hosts, and unforgettable experience.

The local homemade tipple upon arrival was mind-blowing! The apartment was super modern and in the perfect part of town. The location, just a 1-minute walk to the Riva promenade, was jaw-dropping. The host was friendly and the room was a good size with proper AC. The kitchen had everything you would need if you were self-catering. The owners gave a fantastic welcome, even inviting me to breakfast with Eva - coffee and pancakes were a treat. The villa is very close to the Riva and two adorable little restaurants. It's also just a 15-minute walk from the beach. I loved my stay there and will definitely be going back.

I recently stayed at this amazing hotel for a few nights and I was thoroughly impressed. The friendly hosts, Mislav and Eva, made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the promenade and the old city. The cleanliness of the double room and private bathroom was exceptional. The newly equipped shared kitchen was a bonus, and the Wi-Fi worked flawlessly. I also had the opportunity to try Mislav's mother's Chestnut drink, which was absolutely delicious. I can't recommend this hotel enough and will definitely be returning.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.
